QuatroPro - Excel

I currently have an excel document that I want to import
into WordPerfect Office (QuatroPro), but when I go to
open it, I get a message that the file is encrypted?
Does anyone know how I can get this file opened?

Are you sure it's encrypted or locked with a password vs being from a version of Excel that
Quattro can't handle?
