We have had several instances where we create a query (in
Access) for a mail merge, and when we open the letter and
link the letter to the query, there are no records. We
have tried recreating the query, but that doesn't seem to
work, although it has worked in some instances. To get
around this, we have exported the query to Excel and
linked the letter to the spreadsheet instead. This works,
but is not the ideal solution. One thing in common with
all of the queries is that we are filtering the data with
criteria. I'm not sure why that would be a problem, but
I wanted to mention that just in case. Is there anything
else we can look at to try and figure out why this is
happening? Thank you in advance for your help.
