hi,
I have a situation in which reps process denials due to clinical reasons.
they get these accounts by delegation (a copy of the account, and they dont
officially own the account). payments comes in for paperwork done by the rep,
or an appeal comes in. more than one appeal for the same account can be
entered by different reps. payments as a result of an appeal can come in IF
a denial does not come in for a particular appeal. there can be multiple
denials for submitted appeal (i.e. denials to particular clauses if its a
long clause or something). we need to determine which rep gets the payment
considering all this. a payment has an account number on it, but we need to
be able to determine which rep gets the payment.
i am trying to think of the best way to design this query, and an general
idea of what it would look like. as of now i dont have any general queries i
have esigned. ive been trying to think of how i should do this, but then my
brain starts frying.
thanks in advance,
geebee
