Hi,
I'm in the process of developing a query that would only
show me people who are late with their payments and would
also add a late fee to the outstanding balance?
So far I know what I want to ask is who has an
outstanding balance of > $x amount on x day then add $x
amount to outstanding balance as a late fee.
