query criteria..

Hi,

I am creating a query with a criteria where I am looking for a 'Job
Location' field from the 'Job Location' table. So when I run my query..it
says job Location!job Location in the dialog box where we have to enter
criteria for the 'job location'. How can I change the description in that
window as: "Please enter job location:" instead of a text "job Location!job
Location"? Because this will be more clear for the user to understand what
he/she has to enter.

Hi Anna,
In you design view, under column "Job Location". There should have a row
for criteria. In there, put "[Please enter job location:]". That should
solve your problem.
