Here is my situation. I have a list of 765 clients who called in to my
centre on sept 8. Out of that 763 - 65 calls were placed for a specific
product. Those 65 calls were placed by 38 clients. I am trying to run a
query to show just the 38 clients, but the duplicates continue to show - so
the list becomes 65 not 38,. How do I remove the duplicates from the query
yet still keep them in the number of calls placed?

Guessing at the structure perhaps you could just group the query on clients.
This would give you the ability to display a count of calls made by each
client abut that product, assuming that some made more than one call about
that product.
