Query in a list box moved to sql

Hi

i have a form that has a list box. when i click an item in the list box it
should change the subform but it doesnt work. it works fine in access but
now that it has been upsized to sql i cant find the reason it will not work.

im not sure how to ask the question. forgive me i am new to adp with sql.

if anyone is willing to help let me know what info i need to post so you can
understand where my problem is.
