Query not pulling last entry

Help Me

I have a query pulling information from that database but it won't pull the
last entry in the database. it gives me this error:

The file is not a valid XML document.

A name was started with an invalid character.

Line 129, Position 3

What does this mean?

What data is in that last entry?

What kind of database is "that database"?

All around we would need to know more about what you are doing.
