Given below is the scenario that we would like to accomplish using microsoft
project.
We have a requirement that 2 Resources ( 1 server & 1 person ) needs to work
together on a task for 4 hours in parallel. Currently we assign both the
resources to the task giving a total duration of 8 hrs. We observe that MSFT
project ( project 2000) splits the task to be completed between the 2
allocated resources at different time periods instead of them working on it
in parallel. This behaviour is not consistent but occurs frequently.
We have the following resolving allocation options set
Leveling order - ID only
All other check boxes are set to off
Kindly help me out.
