Query refer to field on current open form

I have a query that I would like to select a record based on a field on the open form. I would like to use this same query for two different forms. Both of the forms have the same field.

Is there a way for the query to reference just the field name and not have to detail the form name (as the form name could be different) -- maybe using the "current open" form name instead? How can I do that?
