Query results in form view

I have a query which searches the database on surname and the results appear
in datasheet view. I would like the results to appear in a form instead in
the same way they do if I use "Filter by Form". Is this possible? If so,
could someone take me step by step through how to implement this? I’ve done
the MOUS certification for Access 2003 but this seems to be beyond the scope
of what is needed for core Access use. I’m also quite desperate for a
solution as soon as possible as I need to teach others in the use of this
database very soon. We are using Access 2003.

Hi,
Try creating a form.click new and choose the query you created (searches by
surname). then you can select the format of your form either by formwizard,
auto form columnar,tabular,etc..

Thanks for your answer. It didn't help much because I wasn't sure what you
were on about but I went to AccessMonster.com and found the answer plus lots
of other answers to my questions. Thanks for having "via AccessMonster.com"
in your display name.
