Query to show the highest version.

Hi,

I have a table with invoice number with different revision number.
I want to show only the invoice highest revision number but not sucess with
MAX function in a query.

How can I do that? Thank you.

What portion of the strings you provided represent the revision number? Is
it stored as a number or as text? What happens when you try the Max()
function? Have you tried a "Totals" query, grouping by the part number,
with Max on the revision number?
