2nd question.
Several of these records are associated with the same
person and the values returned maybe different reasons but
are the same therefore, the same value may show 10 times.
If that occures, how can I show the value only once per
person or If one person has the "AM" value ten times and
the "HS" value five times how can I have the query show
the person one time with the value AM and HS showing once
along with the person's name?
