QueryInterface for interface Outlook._Application failed

I wrote an add-in for Outlook and I distribute
Interop.Microsoft.Office.Core.dll
Interop.Office.dll
Interop.Outlook.dll
and Extensibility.dll
along with the add-in.
however one of my users is receiving:
QueryInterface for interface Outlook._Application failed

Any idea?
