Question aboout migrating projects from 03 to 07

All, we are still trying to decide which method we will use to migrate our
projects from 03, either manually or using the migration tool, both have
their advantages and disadvantages. My question to you guys is does either
method help in getting the sharepoint sites migrated from 2 to 3? if so how?

Hi Brian,
Which ever way you choose you'll have to bring the sharepoint workspaces
over and then relink them. It's the same amount of work whichever way you go.

Ok, Thanks Ben, is there a good document out there on migrating them over.
From what I can see it looks like I will be using the stsadm.exe??
