Using Outlook 2002 on a WinXP system.
When I compose a new email and type the first few letters of a contact's
name, sometimes Outlook fills in the name. Other times it doesn't.
Is Outlook looking for an exclusive match? For example, I have two contacts
with the first name Brent in my address book. Typing Brent doesn't
accomplish anything. Some mailers give you a drop down menu of Brents to
choose from Is there a way to get Outlook to do this?
