Question about corrupt ADP

When I close my application I always get an error report
of Microsoft: "Microsoft Access has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Since I had 2 Access databases open at the same time on my
computer the problem occured. What can I do? I haven't got
a backup.
