Is it possible to create a desktop shortcut for a BCM contact (or
opportunity,account, etc.)?
I'm finding that organizing through Stardock Fences (on the desktop) is very
intuitive - I'd love to be able to create a Fence named "X Contacts" and then
have desktop shortcuts to those particular BCM contacts.
I've found a bunch of references to command-line switches, but since records
are stored in SQL, I'm not having luck there. Any direction you could point
me in is appreciated!
