Help .. please

Somehow or another I have some type of formatting in my Outlook. It
happened when I did a copy & paste .. and from that point it comes up in any
of my blank emails that I am trying to send. Can someone tell me how to
change this formatting? .. it also shows a paragraph symbol at the beginning
of each paragraph that I type .. there are dots in between each word &
paragraph symbols ..
