Question about hyperlink, need help FAST!

When a worksheet is protected, the user can’t select locked cell but th
pointer is still showing a hand, to indicate a link can be followed
However, a click does not activate the link. Is there a way to allow
the user to follow a link contained in a protected cell?

Or is there a way to set a worksheet so that selected cells are NO
highlighted?

There should be: a hand appears to show a link can be followed, but
click does no good....
