Question about saving to .html with objects.

Hello all. I am trying to save a document in .html that has a ton
of Microsoft Equation Editor objects. My question is -- is there any
way to have it save these objects to .gif/.jpg at a fairly high
resolution? The default 96dpi is ugly, and the option to save at 200dpi
just does not seem to work.
