Question about "View" in Frontpage 2003

Several of the options under "View" in my Frontpage 2003 are grayed out and
do not function. These include Folders, Reports, Navigation, Hyperlinks,
etc. I am running XP Home. Would upgrading to XP Professional allow
Frontpage 2003 to be more fully functional?

Open a web, then these will be usable.
File->Open Site
and browse to your web site.
