question mark display in email sent out

Hi,

I have a client sent email using OWA. on the recipient site always display a
? in the first row of the mail.
Anyone have any idea what causing this?

Ask in an Exchange group - Outlook Web Access is a part of Exchange, not
Outlook. microsoft.public.exchange.admin might be a good place to start.
