Question marks after reinstalling on new PC???

I bought a new PC and installed my Frontpage 2003. After accessing my
organization's web page with the "Remote Web Site" button and inserting the
user ID and password, all the files on the local side have question marks
next to them. How do I get rid of them? I don't want to republish the entire
site because I'm sure some things would get altered in a way I'm not happy
with or would even know about with every file re-publishing. Thank you.

You have to do a full Publish to your new machine.
Hopefully, the online server is the most current copy?!

Full publish from the server is usually the fastest route, but a full
publish from PC to Server should also clear the conflicts.
The Publish All Pages IS the only way.
This situation will arise every time you do one or more of the following:

Reinstall extensions on the server
Move to a new PC for the Local web
Move the local website to a different location on the PC
