Question on Duration

I see in the project plan has the following info
Duration Start Finish Work
1.54d 5/29/2009 6/2/2009 8h

I want to know how it is calculated? I think the duration should be 5d, why
it is 1.54d?

Oh, I know it should be based on Duration = Work/Units.

How many non working days do you have in your project calendar between
5/29/2009 and 6/2/2009?
For ex. in France we have 3 non working days, so the task Duration is only 2
days.
One more question : what are the date and *time* of the Start and Finish
dates?

Duration =Work / (Hours Per Day *Unit)

yes, I have known that. Thanks.

But another question, I just tried to create a task with work = 8h, 3
resources (A, B, C) assigned to that task. Unit: A(50%), B(50%), C(50%),
working hour is 8h/day. I suppose the Duration should be 0.67day, but it
shows "1 day?".

Do you know how it calculated?
