Question Regarding Reference Architecture Guide

Hi,
Does anyone knows if we can draw some visio diagrams 3d like the ones that
exists on Reference Architecture Guide.

I want to design the infrastructure of our Datacenter and i saw that
Microsoft always use that kind of templates.
