Question: RSS feeds

Hello!

I'm new on web design, and i would like to add RSS feeds on my site. I know
that i can use some intermediate site to do this, but i don't want to depend
on others.

Can someone help me?

I have never tried, nor have I seen a Publisher generated webpage that
includes a RSS feed. I would imagine it might be possible using the "insert
html code fragment" feature, with the code provided by RSS service? Don't
forget that Publisher is intended for small, simple static websites, not
dynamic.
