Does WORD provide some nifty way to indicate (e.g., in the Outline view or
Print Layout view) that a particular page is to be a Tabbed Page in the
finished product (e.g., that the page will include a physical TAB as might be
useful in a Hand Book)?

If each tabbed page begins with a Heading 1, then you can display just these
pages.
