I have fund many names that are not in my address book, but come up whenever
I send a message to someone in it. How do I delete these names? I have
tried, but my entire message has been deleted. Any info. You can give me

I suspect that the Microsoft webpage or the Help program have misled you. This
newsgroup is for the database software Microsoft Access, which doesn't have an
address book and doesn't send messages. Please scroll down the list and post
your question in a newsgroup supporting your EMail software (it helps if you
mention the name of the program and the version).
