I have created a rule in Outlook 2003 that permanetly
deletes mail with certain words in subject or the body.
Outlook classifies this as a client rule. I would also
like to modify the rule to include elements on sender's
address. The problem with this is that outlook will
procees requiring both conditions be satisfied ("words in
body and senders address"). I would like it to process
on basis of either conditioon existing("words in body or
senders address".
I thought that maybe I could create another client based
rule. The problem with this is that when I set up the
client based rule, a check box to stop precessing other
rules is automatically checked. It seems I can have one
client based rule, but not two.
Is there a way to overcome this problem.
Thanks
