Queue not processing jobs in microsoft project server 2007

Greetings,
I have created a test server & installed Microsoft Project Server 2007,
Windows SharePoint V3 with SQL Server 2005 Std. on Windows Server 2003 SP1.
The installation went smooth but in Project Server the Queue service is not
processing jobs, under job status it says Waiting To Be Processed for all the
jobs not even one job status is changed from the beginning.
Any who met with same error? Any help!

Hello,

It's probably a permission issue : check the permissions to every system
user, check especially the identity you're using for the
SSP.
