Outlook 2010 - Quick Access Toolbar question please
I like to use the mini icons on the Quick Office toolbar. Among the icons I put up there are the ones to reply to or forward the current email highlighted. They both work fine while the email is actually opened. When the email is still in this list colum so you can read it in the reading pane section only the reply icon works. The forward icon is dimmed out and cannot be used. If I right click the email I can choose forward but I sure would love to be able to use the forward icon in the Quick Access Toolbar to do it.
Can anyone tell me how to get the "forward" icon active & usable without actually opening the email first?
