Quick Access Toolbars: olkresponseread.qat ?

I have created 9 Quick Access toolbars in Outlook and I got 9 qat
files. I know what 8 of them are for (For example: (Olkaddritem.qat –
Contactds, olkmreqread.qat - Read Messages), but I can’t figure out
when olkresponseread.qat is used.

I would appreciate if some one could tell me when this toolbar is
used.
