If you're into keyboarding, you can use the ASCII decimal code. This
means holding down an Alt key, then typing the number for the
character on th numeric keypad (NOT the numbers along the top of the
keyboard), then letting go of the Alt key. Here are some Norwegian
codes/numbers:
