The Quick Launch Bar covers the top items on the All
Programs menu. Is there a simple way to correct this?

NB. -- the Quick Launch Bar is actually a Windows component, not Office :)
But to try to help you out: From your post, I assume you have the QL bar at
the top of the screen. Have you tried making the QL "Auto Hide" so it isn't
always visible? How about toggling "Always On Top" so the All Programs list
will be on top when it's active?
