Quick view

I have ME and Outlook 2000. When I right click on an
attachment and choose Quick view I get the message "there
are no viewers registered for this type of file. Would you
like to try the default viewers?" I click yes and get the
message "There is no viewer capable of viewing quick view
file files." The files in question are jpg files. Any
help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Linda,

Microsoft stopped supporting/installing QuickView quite a while ago. About
the only way I know how to get this working would be to buy the full
QuickView Plus product.

Install a JPEG viewer like IrfanView (www.irfanview.com) and associate it
with .JPG files.
