try customizing a commandbar, adding a commandbutton for 'paste values'
-> tools / customize / [commands tab]
-> under categories / edit
-> find/copy/drag/... -> paste vaues [button]
below paste formats [button]

BTW, if you shift-click each of these buttons, performs the actions of each-other
