quicklaunch toolbar error messags

I have user that is trying to display his quicklaunch toolbar and I a getting
the message cannot create toolbar

Now let me try to guess whast product and version you are talking about.

1) Could it Microsoft Office?
2) Would it be version 11?
3) Does this now make it Microsoft Office 2003?

Please answer these questions and also say what operating system you are
using.

If you are referring to the Windows Quick Launch toolbar then you may
want to try posting in a Windows newsgroup since this group is for
Office related questions:
