Quickly change Enterprise project field values for multiple projects?

We have set up an enterprise project field for "Priority" on each
project. (We will later manually - and mentally - map these to MS
Project's Priority field so the scheduling engine can use this info.)

We often have multiple projects re-prioritized, sometimes on a monthly
basis. How can I let our PMs quickly access all their projects and
easily modify the priority values in these enterprise project-level
fields without opening and saving each project?

Is there something simple I've missed? Thanks in advance.

I think I got it!

In Project Pro, I opened a New (local) .MPP file to act as a sort of
"master project." I then did Insert > Project ... > Insert with "Link
to project" checked. This opened links to several enterprise projects.
( I wish MS Project Pro would let me CTL-click to select and open
multiple projects at once!)

I then modified the view to display columns for the Priority and our
custom e.Priority fields. In this view, I was able to easily change
the Priorities for all opened projects (and individual project tasks).

I saved each linked project back to the server, and saved my .MPP file
locally for future use.
