When quitting word get error message
"This file is in use by another application or user.
C;\WINDOWS\...\Templates\Normal.dot)"
Click OK and "Save as" window appears.
Click Save, get message "This File is Read Only"
Click OK goes back to "Save as" window
Click Cancel goes back to Word.
Click Close, get message "Changes have been made that
affect the global template, Normal.dot. Do you want to
save those changes?"
Click yes, back to "This file is Read Only" as above.
Click No, Word closes.
There are no other users, no other app that uses
Normal.dot as far as I'm aware, and no changes have been
made to the template. I have reinstalled Word, but the
same problem is still occurring. Any thoughts?
