how can i make a quiz in powerpoint with multiple choice answers

which would display the users result e.g 10/20 15/50 etc

and send me the users score via email???

if you know any websites or templates or programme which can help me

I have lots of examples of quizzes that keep score on my site:

Start with the examples in "Examples by Chapter" and Chapter 7.

You can alos look under "More Tricks" at Trick #1. It shows how to write
a the results to a file. The trouble with email is that it is dependent
on the email program you use. Bill Foley has code to send results via
email, but it won't work with all email clients. You can check out his
stuff at http://pttinc.com/

is there anychance that you could make a new pp with many different possible
answer types (muti-choice, enter answer etc) with the total score, name enter
and for the email of the result to be sent to me

My examples do include different question types and recording the
results, but not emailing the results. For the email code, you'llhave to
