We have emptied all folders. What can we do?

This is not an Aoutlook issue. Quotas are set on the mail server. Check with
your server admin.

You received an NDR (non-delivery report) e-mail from either the
receiving mail host saying it could not deliver your e-mail (which it
SHOULD have done *during* the mail poll with your sending mail host but
did the check afterward) or from your sending mail server telling you
the receiving mail host rejected your e-mail as undeliverable. Do not
summarize error messages. Do not paraphrase error messages. Do not
truncate error messages. Show the error message in its entirety (except
munge/snip out any e-mail addresses or personal information).

Telephone your recipient and tell them to start cleaning out the crap
from their e-mail account. They get so much disk space. They've left
tons of e-mails in their account trying to use it for permanent storage.
They left all that garbage behind and have consumed up their disk quota.
Until they clean out some space to free up some disk space, they're not
getting anymore e-mails from anyone.
