I need a textbox that will give a quotient of two fields.
One field has a number of main breaks within a boundary
for the year 2000 and 2001 and so. The other has has a
total length of main in linear feet for each boundary. I
need to know how I can get the number of main breaks per
linear foot for every year listed.
