Radio Option Buttons Troubleshooting

I have created a Spreadsheet, that basically contains Radio Option Buttons, when the user clicks on the button, I have programmed a response to show up below the radio button. Everything is working perfectly when I have multiple radio
buttons, but now i have a case where the user should be able to click on all buttons that apply. I have set up 5 radio buttons linked to 5 separte cells on the spreadsheet each with it's own groupbox. The problem is once you click on the radio button it turns "on" and you can not click it "off"! Any ideas? Is it possible that Excel expects a minimum of two radio buttons in a group?

Ellen ,

You have got it., there should always be one in in the group selected.

Why not use checkboxes, you won't even need groups then?
