Rainbow Fill Color (Patterns)

Hi, Good Morning Everybody,

I have a couple of merged cells and I like to use a special color to fill
it. I like to use a RAINBOW color, meaning to start with a color and fade
into an other. If anybody can help me I really appretiate it.

As far as I know, that is not possible.
However, you can use a rectangle from the Drawing toolbar
and lay it on top of the merged cells.
The rectangle can be filled with a fading color and at the same time
can be made transparent. Experiment a little and see what you get.
