Ran out of Memory while trying to allocate 0 bytes

When I try to connect to an Intranet site using the Edit
with FrontPage (200) function from the Browser window, (to
which I had access to previously) I get this Active X
window message
"Ran out of Memory while trying to allocate 0 bytes"
