We have been experiencing a random issue
End User (A) sends a HTML based email that appears to send under normal circumstances. When the recipient receives the email some of the text has been converted to a much larger font. In several cases, a font size of 10 was converted to 100. The whole message was not converted - just 1 to 2 lines of text. In the end users sent items the message appears normal
The client software is Office XP (Outlook 2002) Service Pack 2. Server side is running Exchange 5.5 Service Pack 4
Anyone know of any Q articles discussing this issue or a possible explanation as to why this occurs? This issue is inconsistent and happens randomly across several exchange sites
Thanks
Bria
