I need to calculate and graph the range of 4 cells.

A1= 64
A2= 65
A3= 62
A4= 59

I need to graph this:
need a solid line at 62 (the lowest value)
need a solid line at 73 (lowest value plus tolorance of 11)

Unclear. A line is defined by at least 2 points. You ask for a line at 62.
