Rate Column

Good day all

Can anyone shed some light on how to add an extra column in Resource Sheet
to give Night Rate in Cost per hour like $20.00/hr. From what i can see there
are already two types in Standard rate and Overtime rate but i would like to
construct another as Night Rate but i am failing miserably, is it not
possible?

Hi,

It is not that you cannot show another cost item, you can use one of the
custom cost fields; the problem is that Project will not use this in any
calculation I'm afraid.

I was not hoping to have project calculate this in my project but marely for
display purposes, it would be benificial if it could form part of my
calculations though.

Using custom field in calculations requires VBA programming.
