Rate Tables

I have a situation where I am using the enterprise pool
but finding that 5 rate tables per resource is just not
enough because each project can have a multiple number of
skills per resource as well as a varying number of rates
per skill.

Is there a way I can associate different costs for an
enterprise resource from project to project or does anyone
know of an add-in that might help me?

I have the same issue and this is an impediment for our engineering group to
use Project Server 2002. Does anyone know a work-around or if this is
addressed in Project Server 2003?
